Poker etiquette
Following basic poker etiquette whether you’re playing online or in a casino, is very necessary. This helps in the smooth and fair running of the game. Study some poker etiquettes to handle you winnings and stay afloat.
Don’t Play Out of Turn
The first rule is never play out of turn. Check your excitement when you have a good hand and your tension with a bad hand.
Avoid talking when the players are playing
If you have folded don’t get tempted to talk. Let the other players concentrate on their playing.
Show Your Cards only after the Showdown
When you fold, make sure you don't flash or flip over your cards as you toss them because exposed cards will help players change their stance. Wait to expose your cards until the showdown.
Don't Splash the Pot
Never toss your bet in a big mess in the center of the pot as it makes it hard to tell how much you've bet. Stack your chips neatly in front of you to bet.
Don't Make String Bets
You have to declare whether you're simply calling or raising right away -- once you say, "call," that's all you can do. If you're going to raise, say raise and the amount right away.
Pay Attention
If you're in the game, be attentive and play your turn without making others wait and follow the poker tell tips when playing against novice or advanced players.
If You Show One, Show All
If you win a hand before the showdown but want to show your cards anyway, turn them up for the whole table to see.
Never be rude
Don’t be rude just because you are losing. It’s the worst thing to do.
